At all the Workshops I enjoy serving different cakes and slices. When planning each session I include baking a delicious slice or cake. Lately I’ve been making a gorgeous Choc Brownie slice and everyone always enjoys it. My friend Belinda shared this recipe with me a few years ago and she only uses gluten-free recipes for her family. She has shared a few delicious ideas with me and I’m now so happy to share them with you. I’ve finally included the Choc Brownie recipe (I’m always being asked at the Workshops, so finally getting it done now…) and also added Edison’s Pancakes.

This is his recipe and they always turn out delicious. Edison and I are gluten intolerant and always looking for new ideas for cooking gluten free dishes. This is an easy recipe for the kids to follow and it’s a great way of encouraging them to cook. Sunday mornings are now more fun with Edison cooking breakfast for us all !! Archey’s loving it !
